    How great are those?

Hi Melinda! When I count the stitches on Row 7, I get 25 stitches for each side, not 23 like the pattern reads. Does that seem right to you?

You are correct. I have revised the pattern to read 25 stitches on round 7. Thank you!

I love this pattern. I made it last night to try it out before we go on our road trip. I am making a multi pattern afghan and this is perfect for one strip of the afghan. Thanks. It is easier to make an afghan in sections or strips while on a road trip. 🙂

Yes I do really love this pattern just thought the colours didn't do it justice. The pink part looks like pretty leaves and that really caught my eye. Keep up the good work. I especially love these as they are good scrap busters and in the end look fantastic in a rug of many colours. Thanks

Love this square. I just made one. I did make a couple of changes: 1) I worked it in only 2 colors (dark country red and gold) and 2) On rnd 8, after making a corner you skip 5 stitches but before the next corner you skip 7. I worked the first side as written but it made more sense to me to skip 6 after a corner and skip 6 before the next corner. I ripped it out and made it like that and liked it better. It made it look more balanced to me.

    Thanks for a wonderful pattern,
    Wanda
