This Mystery CAL project is a full size feminine afghan designed especially for the lady in your life. It is worked and assembled in sections with very little seaming. Instructions for each section will be published in increments over a period of eight weeks. Take this time to assemble all of the materials you will need, and spread the word to your crochet friends so that they can participate in the fun.

Your initial download will be a placeholder for the MCAL which includes all of the information you will need to begin. Each new clue will be published as an update to the pattern.

07/12/2015 – Clue #2
07/19/2015 – Clue #3
07/26/2015 – Clue #4
08/02/2015 – Clue #5
08/09/2015 – Clue #6
08/16/2015 – Clue #7
08/23/2015 – Clue #8
08/31/2015 – MCAL concludes

The MCAL officially concludes on 08/31/2015 and the pattern will no longer be made available in the Clue format; rather it will be revised to a single file.

My original design uses 5 colors of worsted weight yarn, but you can use 4 or 3 colors for your afghan, or even assorted stash. Just consult the chart below for yardage. I used more feminine colors; however, some of the testers used color palettes such as green/neutrals/browns/blues with beautiful results.
