WHAT IS AN ADVENT SCARF?
Join me for a crochet-a-long this holiday season. I have designed a unique sampler scarf that coincides with the Advent season. Advent is the period of four Sundays and weeks before Christmas. This year it begins on December 01, 2019. On this day you will crochet the start of a lovely, lacy scarf. Each day thereafter, a new stitch pattern will be introduced and added to the previous one. By December 24th, you will have completed your Advent Scarf. Be sure to download and read thoroughly the TUTORIAL so you will be prepared to crochet the scarf as designed. This is NOT a mystery CAL – photos are included with each stitch pattern.

HOW DO I GET THE PATTERN?
After your purchase, download the Placeholder (contains all info) and the Tutorial NOW. Once you have purchased the pattern, you will receive a daily update notice via email and/or Ravelry that provides a link to each scarf addition. Additionally, each new PDF should be automatically placed in Ravelry members Library. We officially begin on Sunday, December 01.

IMPORTANT
Please be aware that once you have purchased the Advent Scarf pattern, you will automatically receive email and/or Ravelry messages on a DAILY basis, informing you when each days stitch pattern is available. You will receive a separate message every day for 24 days – that’s at least 24 messages for the duration of the CAL. If you wish to drop out of the CAL and stop receiving the daily messages, you must remove the pattern from your Ravelry Library – or click the “unsubscribe” link in your notification email. I am not able to discontinue the emails once your purchase has been made.

CAL SCHEDULE:
NOW – Make your purchase and download the Placeholder (contains further CAL info) and the Tutorial (contains instructions on special stitches, etc.) Choose your yarn and begin stitching the Base Rows of your scarf as directed in the Placeholder. Join my Ravelry/Facebook groups to CAL with other friendly folks.
December 01 – Begin Day #1.
December 24 – End with Day #24.
