These square patterns are a challenge for me, but I am enjoying this CAL. One question I have is why do you not say whether to turn the work or not? For both the Sleigh Ride and Winter Wonderland baubles, I turned the work after each round, until the sc round before the 6 tr's. But, on this week, week 3, I did not.

As a rule, you do not turn unless the pattern says to turn. Some rounds you will turn, some you won't. You have to see what the pattern says, usually written at the end of the rounds or in the Notes section.

The notes at the end of the round is pretty much what I'm going by. thank you.

I'm glad you are enjoying the CAL, and I apologize if the patterns aren't clear. All of the Bauble Squares are worked from the RS only – you will not turn on any rounds and the directions do not say to turn. The Large Squares will be turned after each round as is indicated at the end of those rounds and in the Notes Section. Also, the videos are a great companion to the written patterns. Thanks for asking so that I could answer for everyone who may be wondering. I'm happy to help. 🙂
