Special Stitches:
V-st: (Dc, ch 3, dc) in same st/sp.
BegV-st: (Begdc, ch 1, dc) in same st.
End V-st: (Dc, ch 1, dc ) in same st.
Instructions:
Row 1: Begdc in first st, [sk next 2 sts, V-st in next st, sk next 2 sts, dc in next st] to end, turn.
Row 2: Begdc in first st, [5 dc in ch-3 sp of next V-st, ch 1] to end, omitting last ch-1, dc in last dc, turn.
Row 3: BegV-st in first st, [sk next 2 dc, dc in next dc, sk next 2 dc, V-st in next ch-1 sp] to end, omitting last V-st, EndV-st in last st, turn.
Row 4: Begdc in first st, 2 dc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, [5 dc in ch-3 sp of next V-st, ch 1] to last ch-1 sp, 2 dc in last ch-1 sp, dc in last dc, turn.
Row 5: Begdc in first st, [V-st in next ch-1 sp, sk next 2 dc, dc in next dc] to end, turn.
Row 6: Rep Row 2.
Row 7: Ch 1, sc in first st, [place 1 sc in each st and 1 sc in each ch-1 sp] to end, turn.
Place a SM in last free lp and wait for tomorrow’s stitch pattern.
You should end with the same number of sc that you started with.
